Freedom from Smoking Classes

June - July 2012

Classes are held for consecutive weeks at the Siteman Center for Advanced Medicine, 1^st floor, street-level, Barnard Health and Cancer Information Center. Classes are held over 6 weeks. Each session lasts 1 hour. Parking is available in the North Parking Garage by the corner of Euclid Avenue and Parkview Place. A parking voucher will be distributed during class.

Class 1: Thinking About Quitting	Tuesday, June 5 5:00 – 6:00 p.m.
Class 2: On the Road to Freedom	Tuesday, June 12 5:00 – 6:00 p.m.
Class 3: Wanting to Quit	Tuesday, June 19 5:00 – 6:00 p.m.
Class 4: *Quit Day*	Tuesday, June 26 5:00 – 6:00 p.m.
Class 5: Winning Strategies	Thursday, June 28 5:00 – 6:00 p.m.
Class 6: The New You	Tuesday, July 3 5:00 – 6:00 p.m.
Class 7: Staying Off	Tuesday, July 10 5:00 – 6:00 p.m.

Please complete and return the registration form to the address listed below no later than Friday, June 1 , 2012.
Space is limited, so free admission will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
WUSM employees will be able to purchase 3 boxes (~6-weeks supply) of nicotine-replacement products for $15.00 via payroll deduction after Class 3. An additional e boxes can be purchased after successful completion of the course.
