Freedom from Smoking Classes

September - October 2014

Classes are held for consecutive weeks at the Siteman Center for Advanced Medicine, 1st floor, street-level, Barnard Health and Cancer Information Center.   Classes are held over six weeks.  Each session lasts 1 hour.  Parking is available in the North Parking Garage by the corner of Euclid Avenue and Parkview Place.   A parking voucher will be distributed during class.

Class 4: ***Quit Day***

Tuesday, September 23    5:00 – 6:00 p.m.   

Class 5: Winning Strategies

Thursday, September 25      5:00 – 6:00 p.m.   

Class 6: The New You

Tuesday, September 30    5:00 – 6:00 p.m.

Class 7: Staying Off

Tuesday, October 7           5:00 – 6:00 p.m.

  • Please complete and return the registration form to the address listed below no later than September 2, 2014
  • Space is limited, so free admission will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.  
  • WUSM employees will be able to purchase three boxes (~six-weeks supply) of nicotine-replacement products for $15.00 via payroll deduction after Class 3. Additional boxes can be purchased after successful completion of the course.
